Job Description
Kwan Ventures is currently working with a mid-sized listed infrastructure company on an in-house legal mandate in Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Advise clients in banking and finance transactions.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.
- Ability to work with legal and business teams in a collaborative manner.
- Advising on local applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
Kwan Ventures is looking to connect with legal professionals between 4-6 years of experience in banking and finance transactions particularly professionals who have handled:
- Financing transactions and loan documentation
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
- Banking and finance advisory
- Working closely with legal and business teams
Candidates with experience at Tier 1 / Tier 2 law firms or within BFSI companies, particularly lending teams, would be relevant for the opportunity.
Eligibility
Candidates with 4-6 years of experience in banking and finance transactions, financing transactions and loan documentation, drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements. Experience at Tier 1 / Tier 2 law firms or within BFSI companies, particularly lending teams, is preferred.
