About the Opportunity

Arnifi is hiring a Legal Associate to join its Legal and Compliance team in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements, including SPAs, SHAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, employment agreements and NDAs.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research on UAE and international laws.
• Assist with company incorporations, restructurings, amendments, share transfers and capital changes.
• Support corporate governance, compliance and regulatory filings.
• Assist with employment and HR-related legal documentation.
• Support data protection, privacy and regulatory compliance matters.
• Coordinate with law firms, government authorities, regulators and external consultants.
• Review client documentation and identify legal, regulatory and contractual risks.
• Support matters across the UAE, KSA, India, Singapore, the USA and other jurisdictions.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM with relevant experience in corporate, commercial or regulatory law.
• Two to four years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple matters and coordinate with clients and external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of contracts, corporate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Experience in UAE corporate or commercial law, free zone regulations or business setup matters will be preferred.

LLB or LLM with 2-4 years of relevant legal experience in corporate, commercial or regulatory law.
