About the Opportunity
The Office of Soumya Dubey is looking to add a Litigation Associate with around two years of relevant post-qualification experience to her team. The selected candidate will handle civil and commercial matters before courts and tribunals, with immediate joining required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle civil and commercial litigation matters.
- Appear before the Delhi District Courts, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT and the Supreme Court of India.
- Make regular appearances across India, including before the Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana and Bombay High Courts.
- Meet deadlines and complete urgent work as required.
Eligibility
- Candidates with around two years of relevant post-qualification experience may apply.
- Candidates should be dependable, keen to learn and genuinely interested in litigation.
- Candidates should be prepared to work beyond regular hours when urgent deadlines require it.
