Sansa Kanoon Pranali Partners is seeking candidates with mandatory prior experience in general corporate work and exposure to mergers and acquisitions, demergers, debt financing, or start-up advisory work.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyse statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, opinions, and correspondence.
• Communicate clearly with clients and understand their business objectives.
• Work collaboratively with partners, senior lawyers, and team members.
• Manage multiple assignments while maintaining attention to detail and meeting organisational requirements.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or an equivalent law degree from a recognised institution.
• Two to three years of hands-on general corporate experience.
• Prior exposure to mergers and acquisitions, demergers, debt financing, and start-up advisory work.
• Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Client-facing skills, professional demeanour, and the ability to understand business objectives.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and take direction from partners and senior lawyers.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Enrolment with the relevant Bar Council is preferred.
• Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and staying updated on legal and industry developments.
