Job Description
The Max Legal – Solicitors & Advocates is inviting applications for two Legal Associate positions at its office in Lajpat Nagar-I, New Delhi.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidates may work on matters relating to civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, SARFAESI matters, criminal law, matrimonial matters, insolvency, recovery proceedings and allied areas of law.
The work may include legal research, drafting, case preparation and court appearances before courts, tribunals and other forums.
Eligibility
- Fresher / 0–1 year of experience: Law graduates with an interest in litigation and legal practice, along with strong research, drafting and communication skills.
- 1–3 years of experience: Lawyers with practical experience in legal research, drafting pleadings and applications, preparing matters for hearings, and coordinating litigation work.
