Xander Law Associates is expanding its corporate and transactional practice, which works across mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and general corporate advisory. The firm is looking to retain up to two Corporate Attorneys.
About the Opportunity
The role offers an opportunity to work on a broad range of transactions and gain hands-on experience across corporate and commercial matters.
Eligibility
- Applicants must have 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law.
- Candidates should have strong legal fundamentals, sound comprehension and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in corporate and transactional work.
