Law Offices of Madhukar Pandey is inviting applications for the positions of Senior Associate and Junior Associate.
About the Opportunity
The firm is looking for Legal Associates with relevant academic qualifications, litigation experience, legal research skills, and enrolment with the Delhi Bar Council.
Eligibility
- LLB graduate through a three-year or five-year programme from a Bar Council of India-recognised law college or university.
- Senior Associate candidates must have 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Junior Associate candidates must have 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Enrolment with the Delhi Bar Council.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, along with the ability to articulate effectively.
- Prior knowledge of SCC Online, Manupatra, and other legal research software.
Work Profile
Candidates with prior experience in handling matters before various High Courts, the National Commission, State Commissions, and District Courts may apply.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in medical negligence disputes, white-collar disputes, and core criminal litigation.
