DSA Legal is hiring an Associate – Litigation for its head office in New Delhi. The opportunity is suitable for lawyers with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience who have an interest in litigation, legal research, drafting and dispute resolution.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist with litigation strategy.
• Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices, briefs and other case-related documents.
• Assist senior counsel in matters before courts, tribunals and arbitral forums.
• Coordinate with clients, counsel and internal teams.
• Track ongoing matters and maintain case records.
• Stay updated on legal developments and contribute to the firm’s research initiatives.

Eligibility

Candidates should hold an LL.B. degree and have 3–6 years of post-qualification experience. Excellent command over spoken and written English is required.
