3Sixty Law Group is hiring an Associate – Litigation & Arbitration for its Sector 67, Gurugram office. The role is suitable for lawyers with 3+ years of substantive court and tribunal litigation experience.

About the Opportunity

The Associate will handle civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including proceedings before the Delhi High Court, Commercial Courts and arbitral tribunals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation and arbitration matters.
• Understand client briefs and identify relevant legal issues.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions and other legal documents.
• Prepare matters for hearings and court appearances.
• Handle filings and procedural requirements.
• Appear before courts and tribunals as required.
• Manage matters with strategic direction from senior lawyers.

Eligibility

• LL.B. qualification.
• 3+ years of substantive court or tribunal litigation experience.
• Strong legal drafting and research skills.
• Strong analytical, advocacy, communication and case-management skills.
• Experience before the Delhi High Court, Commercial Courts or arbitral tribunals is preferred.
• Internship, in-house, corporate/legal department and other non-litigation experience will not count towards the required PQE.

LL.B. qualification with 3+ years of substantive court or tribunal litigation experience. Candidates should have strong drafting, legal research, analytical, advocacy, communication and case-management skills.
