Job Description
Kaarya Law Advocates and Solicitors, Jangpura, Delhi, is looking to hire 2 (two) Associates for its litigation team. They are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will gain hands-on exposure across civil, commercial, arbitration, insolvency, criminal, and consumer disputes.
The role involves appearing and assisting in matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, and other forums/tribunals in Delhi.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1 (One) Candidate having 1-2 years PQE in litigation; and
- 1 (One) Candidate having 4-5 years PQE in litigation
- We are looking for a committed litigation lawyer with interested in learning drafting, research, and court-craft skills.
