About the Opportunity
Agragami Consulting has invited applications from experienced attorneys in capital market transactions for an opportunity at their Mumbai office.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Independently lead, manage and negotiate capital market transactions.
- Handle transactions from end to end.
Eligibility
- Attorneys with 7+ years of experience.
- Prior experience in capital market transactions.
- Experience handling transactions end to end.
- Book of business will be preferred but is not mandatory.
