Eligibility Criteria
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Preferred Experience: Contract drafting, review and vetting, legal research, and regulatory compliance
- Industry Exposure: Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, IT, or related sectors
- Strong drafting and contract-review skills
- Good understanding of corporate & commercial laws
- Excellent legal research and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
