Legal Recruiter at USM Business Systems, Hyderabad

USM Business Systems is looking for a dynamic Legal Recruiter to join their team and drive talent acquisition across the legal domain.

This role requires someone with hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top legal professionals, while building strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for legal and compliance positions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for roles such as Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Compliance Specialists, Contract Administrators, and Legal Analysts.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process with clients and managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of legal professionals for current and future needs.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Eligibility Criteria

• 1–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in legal hiring.
• Strong understanding of legal roles and organizational structures.
• Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS/recruitment tools and strong screening/interviewing capabilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Experience in staffing, executive search, RPO, or corporate recruitment.
• Exposure to US legal recruitment is a plus.

1–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in legal hiring. Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
