Kosha Legal is hiring two Litigation Associates for its office in Greater Kailash–1, New Delhi. The opportunity is suitable for lawyers with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience who have a keen interest in litigation and strong legal drafting and research skills.
About the Opportunity
The selected candidates will join Kosha Legal’s litigation team and work on legal matters requiring strong research, drafting and analytical skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with litigation matters and related legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and analyse applicable laws and judgments.
- Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices and other legal documents.
- Assist senior lawyers with case preparation and strategy.
- Review case records and prepare matter-related documentation.
- Support the team in ongoing litigation and court-related work.
Eligibility
Candidates should have 0–2 years of post-qualification experience. Candidates with a keen interest in litigation and strong drafting and research skills are encouraged to apply.
