About the Opportunity
Legalics Law Offices is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate. The selected candidate will work on civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and related contentious matters, with exposure to clients, courts and tribunals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, legal notices and written submissions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and opinions.
- Assist with and appear in matters before High Courts, District Courts, NCLT/NCLAT, arbitral tribunals and other forums.
- Manage the day-to-day conduct of matters, including filings, hearings and procedural compliances.
- Advise clients on contentious and pre-litigation matters.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree and active Bar Council enrolment.
- 3–4 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably with a reputed law firm or chamber.
- Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration is preferred.
- Ability to independently manage matters and work effectively under deadlines.
