King Stubb & Kasiva is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate in the areas of real estate and infrastructure finance.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transactions and contracts, including facility agreements, gift deeds, and mortgage deeds.
The role will also involve conducting title searches and title investigations, drafting and reviewing loan-related agreements, reviewing RERA documents, conducting due diligence, and advising, assisting with, and drafting agreements related to infrastructure financing.
Eligibility
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience in real estate transactions, title due diligence, loan documentation, RERA, and infrastructure financing.
- Fluency in reading and writing Kannada and English.
