Job Description
G.G. Gupta & Associates is hiring a Trainee Associate for its New Delhi office. The role is suitable for final-year LL.B. students and recent law graduates interested in commercial law, intellectual property, dispute resolution and litigation.
The Trainee Associate will work closely with partners and senior associates across commercial contracts, hospitality-related legal matters, intellectual property, litigation, advisory work and corporate-commercial matters.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs), lease deeds and commercial contracts.
- Handle legal compliances for a hospitality group.
- Assist with trademark and copyright prosecution.
- Assist with commercial litigation, advisory work and legal research.
- Work on media and entertainment law matters.
- Assist with general corporate and commercial matters.
Probation
The position carries a mandatory 6-month probation period.
Eligibility
Final-year LL.B. students and recent law graduates are eligible. Candidates should have strong legal drafting and research skills. Prior internship experience in litigation or commercial law is preferred but not mandatory.
